Cannot find Default ColumnWidth in Options under View menu due to moved.
Cause:
The 'Options...' command has been moved to the 'Tools' menu, and the 'Default Column Width' option has been moved to the 'Datasheet' tab.
Solution:
To set the default column width in Access 7.0, use the 'Options...' command under the 'Tools' menu, and type the desired width in the 'Default Column Width' box of the 'Datasheet' tab.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'Datasheet' tab.
3) Type the desired width in the 'Default Column Width' box.
NOTE: The column width entered will be the default for all new datasheets opened.
Type width
4) Click 'OK'. (The Options dialog box closes. The width typed in step 3) becomes the default width for all newly created columns in the database.)
